ABOUT US
Our Demonstrated Commitment to Sustainability
Triangle is a privately owned, national leader in insulation, HVAC, sheet metal, custom fabrication and scaffolding. Our main offices, three acre logistics center and fabrication shops are located in Paducah, KY. We also have offices in Mt. Vernon, IN, Evansville, IN and several satellite sites in Kentucky, Illinois and Tennessee.
Over six decades of operation, our team has built a financially strong and diverse company with a long-standing reputation of delivering quality products and services in a safe, timely manner.
Triangle has always worked with a vision and purpose to improve our customers operations and bottom lines while providing healthy, energy efficient processes and workplaces. Founded in 1954 and a mechanical insulation contractor our core focus was on saving energy, before carbon footprints, greenhouse gasses and climate change were being understood.
As Triangle continued to meet our clients needs, we added services and initiative that aligned with our commitment to economic and environmental responsibility.
Care, Integrity, Respect for Our People and Our Planet
Care and integrity make up the foundation for everything we do – from serving our customers to protecting our employees to preserving our environment. At Triangle, we have an unwavering commitment to high ethical standards and support a culture where people are grounded in respect for our society and our planet.
01
HIGH ETHICAL STANDARDS
Our long-standing reputation relies on our ability to make the right ethical choices to earn and keep the respect of our clients and employees.
02
RESPECTFUL CULTURE
Our team is grounded with the utmost respect for both the people and the environmental elements involved in every project completed.
03
ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT
All projects are executed through our long-standing labor partnerships assuring living wages and sustainable benefits for all employees.
Success is in the details
Of course, as we focus on the big, high-impact projects, we remember the details. Our team recycles thousands of pounds of scrap metal from our fabrication shop each year, along with the shredded paper from our office.
We also know that a holistically healthy environment needs more than eco-friendly practices. It requires respect and care for people, as well. That’s why we offer our roughly 300 employees living wages and sustainable benefits.
And we keep them safe.
Triangle Enterprises maintains an award-winning record that testifies to our safety efforts on every project. We subscribe to a policy of proactive risk prevention overseen by our full-time safety director. Our team also experiences ongoing safety training, comprehensive substance abuse screening, daily safety meetings, job-site audits, weekly safety talks, incentive programs, and mandatory OSHA-30 safety training for project managers.
We do all of this because we believe that having zero accidents is an obtainable goal. We also believe that thoughtful and sustainable business practices contribute to a better world.
